Our 30-Day Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or if it doesn't arrive at all — contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.
Changed Your Mind?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Because our products ship directly from our overseas fulfillment partner, we generally issue a refund without requiring you to mail the item back. If a return is needed, we'll email you clear instructions first — please don't send anything back before contacting us.
How to Start a Request
Email carsonkbusiness@outlook.com with your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo of what you received. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of nail wraps that have been opened or used, except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, incorrect, or never delivered.
